Thanks again, but the outter seat tube measures 35mm in diameter where the front derailleur goes.

Thanks, I agree on the Stainless Steel thing as well, however I'm also a suckker for Carbon fiber, anodized Aluminum, generally anything that is kind of cool, I'm a sucker for

Looking at this Tuscany with wheels on it, it sort of reminds me of a Silver Porsche all business and machine like. I love this bright brushed Ti finish with the Black Aero Wheels.
