It's a Tecno with the Sintesi styled lugset. In about 1997 they reverted the Tecno back to the Sintesi styled seat lug (main difference is the location of the T triangle) and added oversize. This graphic is called the "Violin Key" or Chiave di Violino. The lack of bb engraving and the unicrown fork tells me is was built to hit a price. Remember, unlike us fanatics, some folks look at these as tools!
