$7 Centaur 10-speed front derailer, $35 crank (included UN-72 bb, 105 cassette and HG-93 chain):



$30 XTR rear derailer (these things are expensive!):



headset (having the LBS install this, as i don't have a reamer, facer, race driver or press):
