My biggest problem with eBay over the past couple of years is the way they show expected delivery time. It's like everything listed shows a delivery time of 7-10 days. Things often arrive much sooner. One of the reasons why I choose one seller over another is the expected delivery time. When everyone shows 10 days, but it should only take 2-3 and you need it within 7 days...it just gets easier to purchase elsewhere.

Amazon, on the other hand always seems to deliver before their estimated date, even when that's only 3 days out!
