what??? Where exactly did the chain come off? Chainring? Cogs? In what direction did it come off? To the outside? To the inside?
This is completely beyond me: why would anyone go through the effort of beating around the bush for almost a full page, and then reduce the most important part (!) to just two-three virtually meaningless words "chain came off"?
