Not sure what research you've done but both the
Dura Ace 7700 (Italian-threaded) and
Dura Ace 7710 (English-threaded) are sealed cartridge bottom brackets.
The Dura Ace 7710 is a sealed unit just like the ultegra and 105. The DA 7700 is not sealed and can be rebuilt.
