No derailleur mount. Options?

Hello,

I'm considering a frame for a new build. One concern is that it does not have a derailleur mount on the rear dropout.

I understand that for this era (mid 70s?), that this placed the frame in the mid.to low end of models at that time.

There's a thread on this topic suggesting that the hub mount hangars are easily procured, and would allow either vintage or modern rear derailleurs to be used.

Unfortunately, that thread is from 2012, all the shopping links are dead. And, my search skills have not yet reached past replaceable derailleur hangars for MTBs and extenders for expanding cassette capacity, to finding a product that will hub mount and allow modern or vintage compatibility.

It there a current source for hub-mount derailleur hangars? Does anyone have a good link to learn about options?

I confess to some worry that this is more Vintage than my parts search and mechanic skills are ready for.

Thanks!
