Very nice work, fabulous.

Couple of observations and I realize you have thought these through.

That old seat is a find despite being a bit beat up, I would take the paste polish to it if only for show, it can cover and mitigate a lot of damage/wear as I'm sure you know.

All those beautiful polished and painted Campy parts need pedals too imho, MKS Sylvan for riders at least.
