Just get the crankset.
Shimano FC-R7000 at Universal Cycles are available today for $137. It'll probably fit your existing BB. Though I'd recommend replacing with new.
You can put a 10 speed hollowtech II in there too. Or just get some other brand. I liked the RaceFace I put in one of my bikes. They are more into mountain bikes I think, but they had a decent road crank back seven or eight years ago.
