It sounds like you really want to have somebody do it for you, but sense nobody else mentioned it, why not do it yourself? I restored an old 1940's Columbia cruiser. First I had it commercialy acid dipped, then painted it with red white and blue car paint. It looks like an interesting albeit dorky peter fonda chopper. (Sorry, no pics).
Restoring a frame is a good opportunity for a learning experience, and besides, you could save some serious cash.
