Has anybody had success doing this? I live in College Park, MD and it seems like local authorities have been gradually making our roads more bike-friendly. My complaint though is that they never EVER seem to sweep the debris out of the bike lanes... Is a letter to City Hall the right thing to do? What about in an unincorporated area?
