I think it's a Catena Lusso circa '85.

+ One bottle mount suggests pre-'87.
+ One chrome chain stay could be several models, but lack of GPT on seat stay caps suggests Catena Lusso
+ According to the '85 catalog, Catena Lusso came in 'Blue Jolly' colour
+ Catena Lusso came with Triomphe components - the FD could be original!
+ Dropouts match the '85 Catena Lusso catalog image

/ Serial SS 70 is interesting, for that period I would expect three digits following the double letter. Still, it's not the '82 format or the '87 format.

/ The curved A in Pinarello on the BB shell usually suggests a later model (>87) but this is the second pre-'87 Pinarello I've seen with that, so maybe they were using it for some time.
/ Is the drive side chainstay chrome or blue? It looks different across the pictures.
