There's a few things that tell me it's unlikely.
- The Dolomite came out in '87. By that time they realised cyclists prefer dual bottle mounts. If I'm seeing your pictures clearly, there's only the one bottle mount.
- Pump pegs were introduced on Pinarellos in '87. Yours doesn't have a pump peg.
- The serial number is closer to the '85 format than the '87 format.
