Interesting dates codes. The front derailleur is from September 1972, which would make it a 1973 model and fits with the version of the SunTour VGT rear derailleur. However, the crankset is from 1975. Normally, you don't see date codes that far apart on a Japanese manufactured bicycle. As I stated previously, I don't recall Super LeMans dating back to 1973. Also, a SunTour Spirt front derailleur is lower level than I'd expect to find on a Super LeMans. I think there is a higher probability that the crankset is OEM and that the bicycle is more likely a 1975-1976 model.
