Good to know about the wheels. I was under the assumption that the hubs were same brand as the rims because of the previous owner selling them as DT Swiss wheels. I had it in the back of my mind they might be prebuilt from somewhere like Velomine with Formula hubs but was also thinking they were DT hubs as I've had unbranded hubs from them before and just thought it might be a cheap wheelset from them.

Do you think the issue with the rear wheels misaligned valve hole has to do with a radial non drive lacing?
