Okay, somebody mentioned the Trek Century Challenge, so I joined it yesterday. I also joined the BikeForums Clydesdales and Athenas group on Strava, and a bunch of you are in the challenge. I'm near last, in our group, but not doing so bad in the the over womens stats.
I rode 5 miles tonight, and if I didn't stop and talk to a neighbor, I probably could have done more, so that's my next challenge to myself, more miles per ride. I have some catching up to do to make the 100 mile minimum for the month.
Interestingly, a nice slow ride today and I really felt strong.
