Good birth date, I haven't even looked to see when it was this year.
I used to ride at least my age on my birthday (or as close to the 6th it as I could) but that stopped after I turned 50 and the cardiologist wanted me to start limiting saddle time. I'm no longer in shape to ride those longer rides. It's all psychological, I just can't sit in the saddle that long now without me thinking I should be doing something else.
