What's to "explain"? It's a soul-less, generic modern bicycle with a gimmicky radial-spoked front wheel and all the charm and appeal of a UPS truck. But since it's rideable, and won't shed parts every time you hit a bump, the "new toilet paper" bike boom automatically makes it worth some randomly-selected four-digit number.
