How fast do you ride?
15 MPH is the approximate speed at which aero drag surpasses all of the other drag factors on a bicycle combined. If you typically ride more slowly than 15 MPH, aero drag improvement isn't going to help you very much. If you ride faster than 15 MPH, the faster you go the more significant aero drag factors become.
