I can’t directly answer the question but I suspect Easton makes an 11 speed cassette body you can swap out. Check with them.
Also, there should be ample 10s components (especially wear items like chains and cassettes) indefinitely available, even if you have to seek out NOS items on EBay etc., so factor that in. I run 10s on all my bikes and for cross-compatibility reasons will not likely go 11s ever. Next upgrade, if it happens, will be in a few years and will be 12s for sure or maybe even lucky 13.
I find that 10 speed groups run more quietly than the 11's.
