Ms. merziac was watching Axe Men the other day where they were collecting down trees that had been in the water for years, the $$$$$ this wood brings is insane.

Yeah but, if it’s an old barn or house, that’s literally falling down from age & neglect, the property owner is sometimes just happy to be rid of any problems. I imagine kids playing around it might be the biggest concern. 🤔
