I've never been able to get along with Strats. Just don't. The controls don't make a whole lot of sense to me- I always end up whacking the selector, the knobs aren't where I want them to be... and realistically, since I only use single channel amps- the pickup selector on LP style guitars is my 'clean' sound.

I do have a Telecaster, but I modified it with an up/down toggle instead of the blade switch and sort of have it wired sorta like a Flying V. The closest thing visually is a 65 Epiphone Olympic, that had a series of unfortunate disasters... it's now living with a P-90 instead of the old MM pickup...

The red Les Paul is gone, and there's a Guild Starfire II bass now.

I'm realizing I need to take some new pix of the guitars... 2006 and 2007... whoa.
