My 76ish(?) Gran Sport set up as a single-speed gravel bike. Chorus levers and Nuovo Record hubs. The BB is a bit trashed from rain and mud, though, and I'm too cheap (and bitter about needing a special tool) to pick up one of those JA Stein crank pullers right now, so it's adventuring days are on hold.
