This is from a 1980-ish Motobecane tandem. Aside from the brake hanger, whose plating has discolouration, it is cosmetically excellent - crisp corners on the locknut, no marks or flaking on the chrome surfaces.
The races have NO pits. There is NO rust.
The crown race measures (inside) 29.9-something mm. The cups measure (outside) 34.3-something mm. The locknut threads measure (inside) 27.1-something mm.
There are no maker's marks, but it's a dead ringer (except for the brake hanger) for the J. B. Janisson on Velobase, so that's what I'm saying it is.
It takes 5/32" balls - LOTS of them.
25 USD and I'll cover postage.
More parts from the tandem as & when they become ready - Atom drum 5-speed rear hub, MB-branded Weinmann centrepull, TA triple crossover crankset, stoker stem, etcetera...
