Finally have a rideable Raleigh in-house, a '71 Carlton/Raleigh Professional Track. Front brake only, so I went with an aero lever and 'cross lever for convenience/safety, and after riding with narrow 700c tires decided to chuck in some 32mm 650b tires to see how it worked out. Pretty well, with a fairly high bottom bracket I'm not scraping through corners, and the extra cush helps. Wheels/tires, bars/stem, brake levers, chain and pedals modern, all else vintage. Photos show a Suntour Superbe Pro front brake caliper, but now it sports a proper Campy Record caliper. And the lack of a brake body/hood on the right side was kind of a pain, so I installed a modern Cane Creek tandem dummy aero-style lever body.
