Great Fuji Service!!
I just wanted to let everyone know I just had a wonderful experience would Fuji Customer service. I e-mailed them last week, letting them know I needed a replacement rear deraileur hanger. Got response back within 24 hours to give the warranty manager a call. I called him up today is sending one out to me free of charge. It is a 2003, but I'm the second owner and obviously it is not a warranty issue so I expected to pay for it.
