Hi,

Is anyone here familiar on how to "unlock" (or adjust) seatpost with the specific Giant D-Fuse shape? It seems that there are some variants of it, but mine (on a Giant Fastroad SLR 1 2016) has a plate on the top of the upper tube, while there's a allen head nut under the tube, holding something that looks like a clamp (I should post pictures, but as I'm new on this forum, I'm not authorized yet...).

When I remove the underneath allen head nut, I'm under the impression (not sure) that I should slide/ease the clamp, but it doesn't move at all (may be stuck...).

Any idea someone?
