Don't completely remove the allen bolt, just loosen it. Then give
a good open handed strike to the back of the seat. This should
break the stiction of the d fuse post and allow it to be raised or
lowered. Be careful if you remove the post. If the clamping
parts drop down the seatube, they can be a challenge to retrieve.
