With recovery, and even if it's considered easy, which I consider low Z2, NP seems suspect. That said, NP in itself can be manipulated, which is where the honesty comes into play. I'm no expert, because ****ting the bed on intervals is my specialty, so when I do well for a few days in a row, I'm both happy and apprehensive. Does that mean the next target will be higher? Crap....
