I agree, it's the real deal.
My understanding is that first generation Phil hubs had a chromed center section (as in the photo).
The one I have(identical to the photo) has the typical, red paint "Phil" scripted logo.
Sticker is a distraction.
The second generation were polished, again with the scripted "Phil" logo.
$50 is a great price for this piece.
