Fixie (Track) lock ring hubs are not as wide a thread as a freewheel hub ..

so single cog freewheel will be only half way supported, half hanging off the edge ..

Fortunately freewheel hubs are pretty cheap and there are flip flop fix freewheel hubs..

Chainline changes ? the posters here seem allergic to measuring things, IDK why?
