Tires, tubes, and brake pads. Replace the brake and gear cables just so you can get some grease on the cables. Lube the chain. After 3 decades of sitting I bet the grease in the hubs, headset, and bottom bracket has turned into cheese.

Other than that, nice bike! It's my size but I already have too many projects in the works.
