I have a few things to work on. I overworked it, so it was a little tough. I also think that I need to up the oven temp... that or find the pizza stone that I'd mentioned - it took a little long to cook, adding to the toughness, and didn't brown quite as nicely as I'd like. Next time I'll also let it proof overnight - it was a little bland... maybe a little more yeast, too?
