You would if Chevy had a defective design. Product Liability is a big concern in the litigious society that we all live in; especially with a product like a road bike. I also appreciate that Trek (sorry to all the Trek Haters) stands behind its product. You do make a great point however, at the first hint of a dishonest person - Walk Away. We all have to put up with a lot to make our $$$$, why put up with anything when you are spending it????
