Some Chinese jerseys are garbage, some are decent, and some lie in between the extremes. I don't know how pleased I'd be after getting a $12 jersey for $12, but hey, might get a season or two out of it.
I've never paid more than $40 for any jersey, ever-- but I mostly buy stuff from PI, Castelli, Canari, etc. that was cheaper to begin with, and heavily discounted for whatever reason.
Got a Canari from REI last closeout season, which after my annual dividend cost me 63¢ shipped. A couple of my PIs were had from Amazon for $10-12 each.
