That can be fixed up to be a really nice Peugeot. Haven’t seen another yellow one with a full chrome fork. It will be interesting to see if someone can pin down the model.

Regarding the quill seatpost, it is a pain to adjust but I don’t see it as a concern. This of course assumes the post already in it is a quill post that fits the bike.
