I have two sets of Huret Eco rear and matching front (don't know the model, but they came on the same bikes) and shifters. These are take-offs from mid 80's Motobecane tandems, not much use; note scant wear marks on the front mech cage, and the mould lines still on the jockey wheels.

Eco are the steel version of the Huret Success/Challenger mechs - they all have a useful feature in that the jockey cage has two mounting positions, one for sprockets up to 24 teeth, one for up to 28 teeth (with careful fettling they likely will do more).

No rust. I hate rust.

Pics are of one set, they have been completely dis-assembled, cleaned, lubed, and put back together. The second set will be the same, just have not got around to them yet (may be even cleaner, I just got a 15 litre ultrasonic cleaner).
