Have a strange problem with Hayes MX2.
I swiped out the fork and so I had to install new adapter, since the old fork had IS, and new one has Post mount.
Brakes is from 2004 model bike so they have some mileage, as the rest of the bike...

When I fully tighten brake mount screws (after getting it in position on the disc), brake pad just sticks to the rotor and doesn't retract.
After turning one of the mounting screws back a bit, pad snaps back in to the place...
Note: when slightly loose everything works, and I'm not talking super loose when everything moves around...
