For those running wide tires at low pressures, I'm a huge fan of the OneUp Components EDC Pump and multi-tool. It's mainly designed for mountain biking, but I've found it to work well enough for touring too.

If the Lezyne pumps didn't rattle, I'd like them a lot more.
