It's also good to figure out where your strengths are within those three aspects and play to your strengths during the sprint. If you've got great snap and can sustain your anaerobic efforts you can often leave early and break any draft which puts the big legged guys at a disadvatage (see: Vino on the last stage of the 05 TDF). If you're a power guy you sit on then blast (Ale-jet). And if you've got it all your name is Tom Boonen.
