Well, I'd either change her bike to take 160 or mine to take 140, but I have 2 wheelsets already set up with 160. A 140 rotor wouldn't be too bad cost wise. Good point on the adjustments needed between cassette changes with the wheel swap. This was mostly just a thought I had and was wondering if it was possible to get a 160 on her 140 frame.
