May alternate days with power walks , and step counting .
I had hit a wall with my weight loss with my riding , because I was riding all I could handle , but it wasn’t enough.
I’ve lost about five pounds doing the power walks .
Im going to set a goal of 100 miles and see what happens.
no way could I ride everyday my knees wouldn't take it....listen to your body
