Any tips on adjustments or overhaul I could possibly do to improve this? Could there be a compatibility issue?

I’ve cleaned the caliper thoroughly and hit the screws and pivot points with tri-flow. It springs back fine when I squeeze it in my hand and definitely has some tension.
