Downsampling or a running average wouldn't create such a physiological-looking picture and the data appear to be shown at the native sampling rate of 1 Hz. However, there could certainly be something funny going on. Also, felt fairly strong and killed some segment times and if you look a the W'bal, I was deep in oxygen debt. I was with a big group, so I didn't look down at the display much.
