The Treviso has GPT on the seat stay caps, but yours doesn't. Trevisos of that era had clamp on front derailleurs, but yours has an FD tab. Most of the colours were available across models.
Looking at the catalog, your responses, and my bike again... I would have to concur that it’s a Victory. Pretty cool that it’s a tri-bike, because I collect Centurion Ironman bikes.
