NOTE- I have the Super Record groupset with the boxed "A" on the components. You need to have compatibility throughout the main components of the driveline to make 11 spd SR work.
The following components must all have the boxed "A" marking- Shifters, Front Derailleur, Rear Derailleur. The crankset is also marked with the boxed "A". Campagnolo wants you to run everything boxed "A", but I would guess that the crankset wouldn't matter.

There was quite a substantial change within the span of the 11 Speed gruppo. Even the front derailleur has a different pull ratio.

If you are building an 11 spd groupset piece by piece, you need to match the components to the iteration.

ETA- It's pre and post 2015 Pre 2015 will have no special markings. Post 2015 will have a boxed "A". Visually the look very different, so even without seeing the boxed "A", you can tell at a glance if it's pre/post 2015. I could tell you from a pic easy.
When I pick up my used SR 11 group, I’ll look you up.
Seller upgraded to 12-speed.
Seller says crankset is “2015.” I assume that means I watch what BB I use.
I can’t see how anything else would need to be matched.
(It worked on his Domane..)

Everything else is about 18 months old.
Calipers are 12-speed version (he uses direct mount).

I’m assuming he’s using the new BB with the new crankset.

I’ll just look it all over and figure it out.
