There's no one stopping them from going to bed an hour earlier, and making arrangements at work to show up and leave early.
The first part would be the hard one for me. Last night I got in to bed at 10 and it felt like a small miracle. Usually it's between 10:30 and 11.
I'd love to work a 6:00-2:30 shift instead of my 7:00-3:30 but I feel like I'd just end up more exhausted than I already am.
