Noticed on Scott Bikes page as well that the Sub Cross 10 and 20 was on the web site for a few weeks and now off. Called the LBS and found that enough people put money down on them that they are sold out for the model year.
You can actually IM Trek on their web site. Their customer service personal should be able to tell you about any updates on the DS4.
