I think it might say SR only because you don't want regular UT bearings which are not ceramic in there without a seal. A seal certainly wouldn't affect anything if you chose to put SR cranks in a Record BB I don't think.
Does this mean SR is not compatible with any other Campy level?
No mixing of FD/RD/crankset/BB/Shifters?
