Nope, not a Ciussi...

Yep, not Ciussi, brand is Tallac and I don't think they sell this version anymore, they still have the stainless version, I have had these for at least 5 years with zero issues, they have been overloaded with tool and lock bottles, bent, tweaked and twisted plenty.
